This is the module which keeps up with the prescribed standards that is prescribed for real estate activities, initiate and validate the KYC procedure, and ensure overall performance in terms of uptime, by preventing possible threats to the systems.

The Transaction Module

The transaction module takes care of all the transactions that take place in the platform, by validating and then choosing whether to accept or reject that transaction. This module works in coherence with the other two modules.

The Dual Token approach

Global REIT offers two tokens in their platform, the GREM (Global REIT Fund Manager Token) and GRET (Global REIT Asset token). These tokens are the primary method of value exchange in the platform, with other utilities, such as availing free stay in assets, for those users who own more than 5000 GREM or GRET. For those who own more than 100000 GREM, they have the option to sell their asset to Global REIT and enter liquid market. The holders of GREM get 1.25%-2% of the acquired asset and GRET holders get 8% ROI on their first acquired asset.

Global REIT can bring radical change in the real estate industry, by involving the entirety of the crypto community into the game, and also setting new standards of security and trust within the users. A suggestion would be to make their website a little more detailed about what the project is really about, so that not only real estate professionals, but also cryptocurrency investors who have little to no experience in this field can also participate smoothly. This project would be a great boost to a country like India, where the real estate market went dull and unprofitable due to recent currency banning.
