My Actifit Report Card: December 19 2019
I took a medium length walk this morning, to Alton Baker Park and back. I was up a little late last night putting the finishing touches on my submission for the third round of the Threeforged 2019 tabletop RPG game design jam, so I gave myself a bit of a break this morning. I’m not sure when I’ll put the publicly visible version up on itch.io, due to the unusual structure of the game jam I’m waiting to hear back from the other anonymous collaborators before taking that final step. Hopefully today, though. While I was in the park I paused for some mindfulness practice where I attended to my breathing while watching light reflect off ripples in the duck pond.
