Sleep Paralysis is a terrifying and intriguing condition!

well, sleep paralysis happened to me twice when growing up, is a bit scary, it was as if there was a spirit in the room that held me from moving any part of my body, and i felt like i was going to be attacked spiritually, but nothing happened.
