[DLive G.Clip #136] CS:GO Night Competitive

Gonna be streaming some CS:GO tonight. Probably a game or 2. Yesterday came back from a 10-5 down game to draw it 15-15 which we almost won at 15-14 but lost the last round. It was a 2 v 1 but we blew it when planting the bomb. What a bummer.

Was working today and starting prep for a 500 event pax for AirAsia tomorrow.

Yes a 500 pax catering event starts a day or two in advance and takes hours of prep to pull off. It takes way more planning and management as well as way more time and manpower needed to do such a big catering gig like this one.

Nonetheless, it is very exciting and a privilege to be serving such big clients like that of AirAsia. This isn't the first time we've catered for such a large order but it's always challenging and every time it seems to vary due to the different nature of a particular client and this one is no different.

We're hoping all things go smoothly tomorrow because anything can happen and we're gonna have to adapt and adjust if any unforeseen thing may happen.

What are these unforeseen things?

Truck breaking down, a flat tire, an accident on the road that we're not a part of that would cause a traffic jam which would make us reach the event venue late.

Anything and everything can go wrong which is why a catering gig is such a big task to pass and we do our very best to still in all these circumstances, provide good food and great service.
