Is there a website setting up email lists?

Does anybody know of a website that offers email list creation for free? Maybe with a code of an input field i can copy and paste onto a website that automatically puts users emails submitted into an email list?! I think this is a crucial part in making my business ventures work. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
