Sabahan Steemians

The awesome thing about blogging community is the opportunity to do networking and i guess ultimately making friends. in the past, i was active with blogging community. I also had the opportunity to set up BorneoColours.com , a web platform for anything borneo. It was an great venture while it last , a huge learning curve for me particularly in business. The website is now offline as i decided to close that part of my venture as other lucrative venture arise , however the entity that owns the website belongs Rapidea Solution Sdn Bhd , a Boutique PR Agency that i owned still runs till today.

Through Borneo Colours , we organizes Borneo Bloggers Awards , Borneo 2.0 a Social Media Yearly Meetups and hosted the first webcam kk. I were pretty lucky to received lots of support from several state government agencies and sponsorship from big brands.

Throughout those awesome years , i've known quite a lot of bloggers throughout borneo. i was also invited to speak in kalimantan on web and blogging, invited to the 1st South East Asia Blogging Event that was launch Tun M. Well , i guess it was good while it last.

With the appearance of steemit , i guess the spirit of building blogging community in me has once again fired up. LOL . I enjoy all the meetups that we had in the past .

So i been thinking... emmm... Perhaps it would be nice to have a whatsapp group consist of Sabahan steemians. we could organize meetups and activity every now and then, and more importantly grow steemit community in Sabah in support of Team Malaysia.

@bitrocker2020 will be coming over to kk again next month, i have arrange for a introductory session on steemit to a group of sabahan and hopefully could get several local artist to come over as well, i think steemit is a good platform to help our own people to make extra income.
