Steemit is the Way

2017 was my craziest and lowest moment of my life. It was a rollercoaster of troubles, from health issues to family issues and most importantly financial issues. I had lots of financial issues, and all my efforts to improve the situation, just got me more into trouble. I didn't give up though, but it seem the devil wasn't going to give up as well. But then the frustrations began to set in, I was looking for any means to stay afloat as I felt I was beginning to sink, I looked for whatever available option to get myself out of my predicament. I was willing to do anything, except stealing of course, ole lo ba omo je (its stealing that corrupts the child).

I wasn't going to steal, but then yahoo yahoo (internet fraud) seem like the next best thing. I was already going down this path, as I had already began studying the basis of it. My heart wasn't willing and my spirit constantly spoke against it, but in absence of a better alternative, I continued to learn the procedures. Many thanks to @rebeccafl and @bookoons for constantly reasoning with me, telling me not to give into the circumstances, though I really wasn't listening to them, but they didn't give up either. When I look back now, I'm glad I didn't go that way, the reason is, like every other thing I do, I give my heart and soul to it, I give more than a 100% of myself, the two ladies I mentioned earlier can testify to it. If I had gone that path, then its almost certain that I would have plus it (gone diabolical about it). With the persistence of these two ladies, and the constant unrest my spirit gets, I finally gave up the idea of internet fraud and I prayed and believed God to make a way somehow to get myself away from this financial crisis.

Then boom 💥 steemit happened. Many thanks to @rebeccafl for introducing me to steemit. I joined January this year, though she had been nagging me sweetly to join since December 2017. Wished I had joined then, after a few weeks of steeming, I told @bookoons about it and now she's here too. So far its been 39 days here and I have made well over 10SBD, though it might be a small amount, but to me its quite much not only in its monetary value, but mostly because it serves as a medium of hope for me, that there's light at the end of my tunnel, and also it proves that there are ways of making so much money legally, once one is ready to give his all to it.

As they say, nobody lights a candle and hides it.* Steemit has lit my financial candle and I won't hide it, I'm going to tell the world about it and let them know (especially boys in my generation) that you don't have to turn to fraud or any other bad vices. You can actually make money legally and steemit is the way.
