Don't get it pulled. Try a homeopathic remedy called hepar sulph. Probably 200c 2 x a day when it is acting out. It'll probably go down after 1 dose even. Trust me, I'm a homeopath :-D haha. [Joke on "Trust me, I'm a Doctor"]
If hep sulph doesn't do it, homeopathic gunpowder or homeopathic pyrogen.
Helios.co.uk in the UK [and Canada] do a combo of hep sulph, gunpowder and pyrogen for tooth abscesses. :-D
