Another Caturday, another yoga video :) This week I'm doing sun salutation B. As always, repeat the sequence as many times as you like. Snaps below. Wally didn't feel like joining me today but he did lend some supervision!

      Impressive that Wally just watches from his little "condo!" But I guess he sees you doing yoga on a regular basis... cats are naturals at yoga.

      Oh he loooooves that little ski lodge condo!! Normally he participates by rolling around on the mat but today he was just too sleepy to care, hehe!
