Yellen – who told Congress in 2014 that the Fed "doesn't have authority to supervise or regulate bitcoin in any way" – remarked earlier this year that she believes blockchain is an "important technology".

    Very interesting. I am surprised by this. One would think that she would be an opponent of this. I guess if you are a person who believes the story about crypto being a CIA creation, then this would lend credence to that story.
