DO STEEMIT USERS HAVE AN INFLATED EGO PROBLEM?

I think i have been on steem long enough to make a reasonable opinion about its services.

1)FIRSTLY i feel that blocktrades.us the platform we all use to get steem coins is taking a huge cut.
I have used changelly and it is really slow.
But in the future trading cryptocurrencies should move towards FREE NO FEE trading like that of forex and services such as robinhood ect....
This together with coinbase are monopolies in that sense.

2)Secondly I have seen a trend in upvoted posts where people INFLATE the ego of steem.By this I mean really those posts that get the highest love tend to be propping it up as much as possible like finding exclusive information about how lovely a new steemfest is going to be or within those lines....it reminds me of bioshock infinite leaders and the world they created.Like a closed off regime.People shouldnt feel the need to relate their posts to steemit all the time..it should be just a platform.

3)There should be more categories and people praised or rewarded for creating them.
Again I think that reddit wins on this comparison.
I think people should not be scared to blossom non steem related ideas.

5)Steemit should include more features such as games or interactive elements where people can grow their steem and not just for upvoting.
I suggest more tools for example bots that can autopost or tools to help increase your current steem power as just upvoting is a monopoly to already trusted content creators leaving the others in dark.
