The feeling of ease - without effort.
Thoughts do not create reality as much as they reflect the distance you are from your true self. This existence, this reality, and the thoughts that arise are not created or manifested by you directly. The law of attraction that many believe to be a result of thought, is incorrect. Reality and thoughts arise for your benefit, they come to torment you, until you become so totally exhausted with believing in the false version of yourself, that you return home. If you are confused and falsely believe yourself to be the thoughts or the body, than this world will continue to beat you up. No amount of 'thought' correction will fix this mess, for it is your attachment to ideas and thoughts that got you into this mess.
You are the all powerful, while the mind (thinker of thoughts), is your tool. The mind is NOT you and this can be proven. Pause for a moment, and watch the thoughts come and go like a breeze. If you can witness thought, than you are prior to thought. Be at ease, by knowing who you are in essence. You are the eternal, the limitless, totally pure, without a beginning, and never ending, having a human experience with a mind full of thoughts.
The conditions that occur (reality), the thoughts that arise, and the health of the body, are your indicators of how far you have drifted away from your true self and into the false illusion. There is NO cure outside of yourself - you are your cure.
If you are not at ease (disease), look inside. Don't like what you see, look inside. Don't like what happens, look inside. Don't like the anger, rage, depression, sadness, loneliness, etc. then look inside. To look outside for a solution, is to ask for more of what you don't like. To look inside is the very purpose for which we are here.
I can't say it enough - and no amount of intellectual subjective/objective mental thinking will get it. You must leave the mind at the door before entry. Pause - take a deep breath - let the thoughts do what they want, but don't give them any attention - every time you realize you have drifted back to your thoughts, send that thought some love and go back to ignoring thoughts again. Do this a few times a day, even if for only a minute.
When you come to the realization of who you are, everything changes, automatically. Life becomes easy. Conditions stop happening to you. Disease goes away, and ease sets in. Negative thoughts stop arising, effortlessly. Passion stays and desire (a product of lack) goes away. This all happens without effort.
