The Actifit Economy
When I try to convince someone to join Steem, one of the first app I suggest is Actifit. Actifit is easy to use app with a clear goal. Record your moves, post them and get reward for that. The app is slowly building its user base, with more and more people joining the platform. The delegations are growing, the number of daily posts is growing.
One of the best things about the project is its gradual growth. They didn’t have a massive growth but did it step by step. This is the best way forward. The Actfiit account now have near 500k SP. The number of daily posts is around 700.
The project started in July 2018. I have been involved in it from the beginning. I post with my alt account @dalzphoto. That one is dedicated to actifit. I have been posting regularly there, and also have a small delegation made.
I now have around 32k AFIT tokens and a 44 user score.
More than a month ago @actifit made it possible for people to trade tokens for upvotes. I have been using this opportunity ever since. Here is how my exchange looks like starting from March.
I have made 11 exchanges on the AFIT token. Overall 220 tokens have been exchanged. Having in mind that a token is priced at 0,036 when upvoting that is around 8$. The regular reward should be added on top of this.
Now this is not lot, but it is not cents either. And in time it accumulates. Years for now it can be a lot better.
That is the financial value of the project. The thing is it is incentives you to be more active. It is like a commitment. It is also easy to use. Just post a short report. Usually I’m adding a photo as well 😊.

It is not a quick win ... but slow and steady. This is fine with me. Also they are the only project that is really community driven. They don't have a massive single delegation from a whale .... but a lot of small ones... meaning no single point of failure.
