Create An Embodiment Team. An Earthnation DAO Proposal. 9/3/2017
Following is a proposal that passed through the Earth Nation Decentralized Autonomous Alliance.
"I would like to see ASC have an Embodiment Team for several reasons which I will begin discussing below... I am volunteering to hold space for the creation of this team and 'lead' until we find people who are passionate, skilled and committed to being the purpose holders for this Embodiment Team.
Some of the responsibilities of this Team:
- Conflict Resolution
- Non-Violent Communication
- Grievance Resolution
- Learning what it means, through tools and practices, what it means to be a co-creator.
I don't have all the answers.. or even many.. I do feel that we as ASC would benefit from a team/space/place where we can work with tensions, discomforts, and the like.. and my proposal is that we start somewhere!
This starting point is what I am proposing for ratification. The creation of an Embodiment Team which works with 1-4 above as a starting point-- This team will evolve and grow.
