365 Days That Count - Day 125 - Catch up day!
Having had a not so productive day on Thursday, Friday was reserved for playing catch up. I'm behind on pretty much everything at the moment and although Rome wasn't built in a day, I'm sure some serious head way was, so that was Friday's plan; make a dent in the list!
I started by writing a few posts, since Africa Burn I've been days and days behind on Steemit and have not been able to catch up without something interfering and setting me back again. I did okay, I think about 3 before I got bored of hearing myself think and decided to take a break from writing and move over to admin. Talk about exhilarating! I managed to get a grip on my inbox, make a few very late payments, schedule some meetings and appointments and sort my diary out for the coming week.
I'd been sitting inside the whole day and my brain was tired and bored so I took it and my dogs down the greenbelt for some much needed exercise and fresh air - I still haven't been brave enough to go back to boxing!
It was raining slightly by the time I got there but that didn't matter. Seeing the joy on my dogs faces as they dashed about, sniffing and wagging and running back to check I was still there was so contagious and so simple in it's beauty it would've taken more than a bit of rain to ruin my mood.
After a warm shower and in snug pj's I watched the first episode of Billions, quickly realised I was hooked and decided the rest of the list could wait!
