#vlog 001 [Cantonese 粤语] A new chapter
Hello there, I am @davidke20 I had received complaints from several party, that I posted too much and upsetting my followers, so I decided to migrate my video sharing to this new account. In this episode, I am talking about getting myself from brisk walking to start running. For 13k steps, I only managed to burn 550kcal. It can be easily replenished by a meal. Those who are looking forward to see weight loss result by running alone, probably not going to happen. What most important is, food intake and calories deficiency. I hope you like this video as much as I do
