Salt doodles for my daughter.

A couple years ago, one of my daughters spilled some salt on the table and was very frustrated. I sat down at the table and pulled out a credit card and started to slide the salt into a pile so we could wipe it off the table and throw it away. As I pushed the salt around, It was satisfying to watch lines form and they I was completely sidetracked from the cleanup and onto a salt doodle session. When she saw what I was doing, the frustration seemed to disappear. After that I looked up salt drawings and found that there are amazing people out there that make incredible art from piles of salt. These are no amazing works of art, but they were definitely fun to do and if the salt spills again, I will have another opportunity to doodle.
