Changelly cryptocurrency converter: Poor customer service :(
Up until last Friday I have always been happy with the services of Changelly and Shapeshift. However last Friday, I wanted to do an exchange from ETC to NEM and the transaction failed. The following message showed up:
"We can not process too small or too large transactions now.
Send exactly the same amount as was calculated in transaction details."
200 ETC? is this to small or to large then? Anyways, I consider this as small compared to the exchanges that I have done with them. So I went back to my ETC wallet to do the following step as they indicated: "Send exactly the same amount as was calculated in transaction details", but my ETC never got refunded.
I have mailed them on Saturday and Yesterday and still no reply....
If you would ask me what service to use to convert your coins, I would recommend you to use ShapeShift only, not Changelly anymore.
I had nothing but problems doing and exchange on there! Never again! I will just exchange on the Bittrex, yes it takes longer and you'll probe get a better rate if you are patient!
Yeah certainly I agree. I haven't seen support this terrible since Coinbase.
