You have to do more, and be willing to do different things.
If what you're doing isn't working consider a modification or consider revamping the whole thing.  So many people think that it's the program they are in; and in some cases yes, it is the program.  However, they could just be doing one small thing wrong in that program that throws off the whole thing.  Think of a math formula, I know you don't want to do math right now, but it's true that if you take one of the parenthesis out of a math formula or change a minus sign to a plus sign, it totally throws off the entire formula, wouldn't you agree that the same holds true in life?

I'm sure you've heard of systems before.
Systems are put in place to be replicated (possibly enhanced, but that comes at a later stage).  To have a system to follow is very powerful; this means that the system is working for someone and if you have the opportunity to follow that system, you should definitely do everything you can to replicate it.  Just keep pushing your business or activity; don't just throw it out because it doesn't appear to be working.  Appearances can be deceiving.  Have faith in your organization, give it some time.  Just because a plant doesn't grow at first, doesn't mean that it's not growing.  Things need time to grow.  Allow that and apply more effort; rinse and repeat and soon you'll have your own successful system in place.
