Always get my puree out of a can. This looks way more appetizing, fresher and almost as easy. Wouldn't have thought of it. Thank you for sharing it. Gonna put pumpkins on the list to plant in the spring for a couple of reasons and you just gave me one more!
Plant some, but if you can't grow them well like us here in Texas (darn those Vine Borers), then get with the churches and other organizations that have Pumpkin Patches in October. They sell them super cheap or even give them away the day after Halloween.
