Recap of last turn
It's very, very, very, very, very on now! @justatouchfey ran in and grabbed the Steem, only to be chased by @happyme, @lordnigel, @pandorasbox and @urbangladiator. @pandorasbox stabbed @justatouchfey and took a wound off her, @happyme shot another warning shot and @lordnigel was shot in the bak by @fabiyamada who completely ignored her. Classic ork. @pbock is taking a breather after all his dispatchin' of boyz. I think commenting order will be the most important it's ever been in the Ork games. CHHHHHARRRRGE!
Rules
The full list of rules can be found here.. but the abridged version is:
- Move 5 squares or less.
- You can then shoot 6 squares in a straight line (wound on a 5+ using @
rollthedice) or attack in melee (must be adjacent using @attackdice). - NPCs have one wound.
- If you die, the GM will roll to see which zone you start back in.

Hahaha, the ork fight was always going to be intense, haha.
So @justatouchfey has the STEEM right now, so she needs to get it back to any of the zones; 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6. Once she gets past the gates of the zone, she wins.... but if someone kills her then she drops it and she reappears in a random zone.
Since you're no longer stuck in melee with these rules, this game is starting to feel like a rugby match... trying to tackle the one with the ball before he gets away!
The only thing that's kind of a pity is that any zone counts as an escape zone. This means if you carry the STEEM to the doorstep, another player can get the easy win by taking one more step. I think it would be more fun if players had to really bring it back to their 'home' because this avoids the easy win scenario and probably results in even more mayhem and craziness?
Otherwise this game may be over quick as orks stumble and die on their way to an escape zone, but the STEEM basically travels in a direct line there
That's a fair criticism/suggestion... I did think of that.. but with more than 6 players I wasn't quite sure how it would work, and I was worried that it might be too hard or tedious... we'll keep the rules as is for this game, and if it's over way too quickly then I'll look at a rule revision...

Edit: whoops didn't see she moved yet. Her current profile picture is throwing me off, I'm used to seeing a purple profile pic! Anyway this means I chased after her in melee... hoorah more charge bonus I guess!
