Jerry on Crofton Beach - Vacation Days
It’s amazing how many interesting things happen all around you each day if only you take the moment to realize them. While at the beach Jerry continuously found things to eat making me remember he was a scavenger on the streets of Mexico before he was rescued.
Jerry loves the beach, we take him to as many we can. He has started to conquer his fears of water, I don’t ever see him as a swimming dog but at least I know he will not drown.
Mel and I went straight to St.Maries Lake to meet up with Chelsea and the fam, Mel had a dip and I recorded the action. Saw another eagle watching over us from the tree directly above, that is 5-6 times this trip we have seen an eagle in different areas but only the second time getting a recording.
Just finished editing the Hole In The Wall vlog, trying to find wifi to upload with. This may be the problem with SaltSpring Island is they do not have high speed service everywhere. Also need to recharge my batteries for the GoPro, had a lot of fun at the lake taking shots of the kids goofing around. If I can find somewhere with internet I can use then I will get it up tonight and try edit my next video tonight for tomorrow otherwise you shall get 2 tomorrow when more places are still open. 6PM on SaltSpring just about everything is closed, this is a very quaint place.
Longish day driving but a nice evening relaxing hanging with friends as close as family.
