I Caught Myself Cheating [Day #3 Quitting Smoking] - D00k13 Digest #361
What up my Steemians, welcome to the @D00k13 Digest, fairly busy day came home to find my internet down so my video for this evening is a little less than I had intended.
Just a quick update on my realization today catching myself taking a few hauls off my fiancé’s smoker while it was sitting beside me. It’s a habit not a craving issue, I intended to pickup the smoker and bring it inside but realized I started hauling in it right away!
Something I will need to be aware of is that reflex, like a lighter thief, it’s an unconscious action through repeat programming.

Noo. With God you can surely quit it as if you are using your own power and stremgth to quit it, it will be impossible but with God, He will surely help you to quit it
