My Actifit Report Card: September 18 2018

Started today with a decent dog walk and vlog about 25 minutes long around the school twice and back home.

Started work at Portofino Bakery for 11am, I was on the bread production line but on the divider so most of what I was doing is lifting dough above shoulder height to load into the hopper. I tend to cut larger pieces rolling them off the table into my arms then using my legs to build momentum to then launch high enough to make it into the hopper. From there I have to pickup every piece as it comes out weigh it then place back onto the conveyor, one day I’ll record a vlog about the process. Each piece weighs 900grams for pan loaves or 1.3kg for sandwich loaves, total weight of all dough around 2,250kg for the day. Multiply 2,250kg by three as I had to lift the dough into the hopper then lift the smaller pieces onto the scale then back onto the conveyor so technically I moved 6,750kg of dough today. Today was an average day nothing to special but lots of moving, I never really stand still anyways.

My evening dog walk was a little longer then usual, I walked down to Glen Lake Park with Jerry which took around 45 mins with only a few stops for sniffs. I did have to chase after Jerry at the park as he took off after a deer so even had a little sprint about 100m or so.

Total distance my phone tracked was 11.6km with 13 Flights Climbed, I still have energy yet my body is ready to just sit after all that lifting.
