Today Is My Rest Day / 7 Days Straight Hustling [Day #8 Quitting Smoking] - D00k13 Digest #367
What up my Steemians, welcome to the @D00k13 Digest, after burning myself out yesterday I have decided to take today as a rest day. Even the most actively fitness people have rest days now and again so I don’t feel to bad about needing to slow it down for the day. Since yesterday I did manage to make my 10k by 10am and 30k steps total even without my evening dog walk I still rewarded myself with a coffee and hashbrowns.
Reason for the rest day is because yesterday I completely burnt myself out trying to down regulate my anxiety causing myself to feel depressed and crash from exhaustion by the end of my work day! The one thing that is really bothering me today is the fact that I let my anxiety get the best of me causing the down spiral which led to me missing my #automaticwin @actifit post.
Anyways keeping it short and sweet, trying to relax before I head into work for today. Hoping I can avoid the onset of depression caused by down regulating my anxiety.

Thanks buddy it’s actually been surprisingly easy once I broke the habitual part and identified my craving triggers 🙌 the hard part has been giving up my weed, edibles just aren’t the same 😅

haha that's my opinion as well but to each their own
If I had the choice I wouldn’t have, I’ve had to give up smoking everything because of my chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder.
