HF 20 did something really cool. Large stake holders could burn enough RC to claim STEEM accounts instead of having to pay 3 STEEM.
- Non-Dolphins don't have this oppertunity. We had to delegate to DAPPs or Bots.
- It was very hard to sell/monetize the claimed accounts
