Their plead-eyes beg
For that shapely, entertaining
Aesthetic that coddles; they ask
For the snuggle of the familiar.

The lovebite of disaster
|
They recognize with the rheumy film
Of senility, shapes that look
Vaguely humanoid—
Dreams that appear
Vaguely real.

Knowledge burns.
It eats at the unknown,
And the void snatches wildly
About in a bid to quash the tongues.
|
An amoeba rigidified with confidence,
Flexible as the ancient rivulets
That lick acid through stone,
Knowledge quivers.
|
Somewhere, chorales testify.

Everywhere are
The people that
Pantomime contentment
|
Yearning for explosions
|
They ask for entertainment
In the shape of what they know.

Bravo! ... Yes.!...Yes!...Yes! Something I can be DRAWN INTO... Something that PIQUES my UNDERSTANDING, catalysing CONTEMPLATION instead of the "INTELLECTUAL "blue balls"" which follows the attempt to DIGEST a serving of "word salad". Photos which CLEARLY RELATE to the CORE THEME of the piece. I HIT that "upvote" button with VIGOR as I plan to WAIT HOWEVER LONG until the next one which REALLY reaches out and GRAB by the "artistic balls".... Tick...tock..tick...tock...
Far is the real sun from the eyes of the fool, the light of your words responds to the depth of the human spirit.
We understand the moves of drawing, it's easy to see the picture, but not its depth, everyone thinks they are the true masters to get to know the essence, your words affect the depth of depression - wake up with a song in your heart, a lion like a lion that goes to the top of recognition.
