Hello fellow Steemians!
I am starting the week #96 of my 7 World’s Continents Photo Challenge and we are back to the continent of Asia.
If you like to participate, place your personal image from your travels in Asia in the comment section below with a short 30 to 50 word description. Only use of personal images will be accepted and only one picture can be submitted for a daily photo challenge. Ten winning photos will receive a bigger upvote from me and ten runners-up will get a smaller one.
Chosen from the ten winning entries, the absolute winner of the day will receive extended publicity in my post tomorrow morning. I will also visit his/her blog to upvote one of the most recent posts. The winning picture of the daily challenge will then automatically enter other rounds with the absolute winner gaining approximately 200 SBD in total. So far I have given out thousands of dollars in upvotes and hundreds of SBD in rewards.

See the winner of the last week´s Asian Sunday @jpphotography with the following entry:
Sigiriya, Sri Lanka. Sigiriya is one of the few places in Sri Lanka that are overcrowded with tourists, despite the hefty entrance fee. I went early in the morning and had about two hours to climb the rock and enjoy the stunning view from the top of the rock with relatively few people around. On the way down, I passed by hundreds of tourists.

The Great Wall
Even after hiking about 4 hours on the Great Wall in China we still can not imagine the whole size of this building. The part of the wall you can see on the photo had been restored years ago.
Roman Columns in Petra, Jordan
Before I visited Jordan, I knew relatively little about world-famous Petra. I only realised that Petra had been a Roman City for several centuries when I visited Petra and came by several Roman ruins which are built in a style clearly distinguishable from the buildings carved in the rocks.

I have also posted this photo on my blog.
This is Lulusar lake where a herd of sheeps were crossing along with their owners among them was this young boy running places to gather all his animals. He was checking if any of the herd was missing when I captured this picture.
No Rain Season
No rain season of South India. A Bullock Cart with no Ox and farmer with no home. This s how the fields wait for rains and Dams to fill the waters to irrigate the lands. If the same no rain days continue for few more months then all the small farmers would come out in search of Jobs for linear salary. Hope we have good rains in coming days.

The bamboo forest in Arashiyama Japan, is amazing! The dense forest of bamboo trees with the light shining through them sets a great atmosphere, the sound of the leafs rustling in the breeze and the trees rubbing against each other makes a very relaxing sound. Just make sure you visit very early to get the full experience, as many people come to visit everyday.

The Temple of Heaven is an imperial complex in Beijing, China that was constructed from 1406 to 1420.
This is part of the Long Corridor that is a 350 meters long path between the Altar for Grain Prayers and the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests. As you can see, you need to look up to really appreciate all the art details.
Hello from Aisa. This photo was taken by me with a Samsung Galaxy Note 9 at the Sahyadri mountains, Sinhagad fort in Maharashtra. The photo was captured on an afternoon with slight rainfall during the monsoon season, the rains make the ecosystem look so evergreen and lush. Enjoy, thank you.

Horses are sleeping outdoor, even deep in the Nepalese Himalayan mountains. Exploring the ranges, I was wander around the village I spend the night in and found this horse standing by the window of a house. Maybe he was seeking the heat or maybe the light despite the shining stars.
Location: Nepal.

Ready to Fly
Today we are coming back to Dubai cosmodrome to the bottom of famous Arc Space Ship - Burj Khalifa who is almost ready to start his journey out there for unknown space exploration.
It is pretty hard to shoot this massive building from the bottom even with a very wide angle lens. It is too high.. almost unbelievable. Amazing feeling to stay and to look above at almost 90 degrees
Enjoy the scenery :)
