Shapeshift Support... needs improving.

Hi All,

I've used Shapeshift a lot in the past and never had problems but recently I've encountered issue after issue with shape shifting coins. This was ok as I've always got my coins back however on the last occasion (23rd December) a Shapeshift failed, I logged a ticket, chased the ticket (3 times) and heard nothing back. So I went onto Twitter and Tweeted them and this was their response:

So I replied, saying it's been longer than 10 days and I got another reply:

Since yesterday no reply now.

Has anyone else been having issues with Shapeshift ? Have you had awfully long wait times on tickets ?

In my opinion this isn't a great service so I thought I'd share with anyone so they are aware of potential issues before shap eshifting your coins in case things go wrong.
