Seguir la voluntad de Dios. || Follow the will of God.

When we proclaim that we want to follow God's will it is important that we know what his will is and only through God's word is that we can know his desire for us.
Do good to your servant; that lives,
And keep your word.
Open my eyes, and I will see
The wonders of your law.
Stranger am I on earth;
Do not hide your commandments from me.
Broken is my soul of desire
Your judgments at all times.
You rebuke the proud, the cursed,
Who deviate from your commandments.
Take reproach and contempt away from me,
Because your testimonies I have kept.
Princes also sat down and spoke against me;
But your servant meditated on your statutes,
Well, your testimonies are my delight
And my advisers.
Psalm 119.17-24
Obeying Christ will always be the result of spiritual growth, we cannot force something that we are not, our nature does not want to obey the Lord, but through the growth of the life of Christ in us if we achieve obedience and delight ourselves On it.
We often hear "We must do God's will" alluding that God has a purpose and a plan for each child. We are urged to walk in his ways and his will, but under what premise? What does it look like to a leader or a pastor? If we are not founded on the word of God it is impossible to know what God wants from us.
Regarding the word of God, as it is difficult in some cases to maintain the habit of reading and meditation, we simply do not read his word and basically we are guided by what we think, then we use it to justify some wrong decisions but decisions made according to our will.
Since we are not fully guided by the word of God or those who rely on it as mentors, on some occasions we simply ask for the opinion of others and we take their answer as valid, as true, "As the will of God" .
For these and many other reasons, following God's will is simply knowing his word, asking for revelation from his Holy Spirit and living by it, God gives us wisdom and places people, leaders, pastors, those who have their foundation in the word of God and guide us by it. There we find his will.

Cuando proclamamos que deseamos seguir la voluntad de Dios es importante que sepamos cuál es su voluntad y únicamente mediante la palabra de Dios es que podremos conocer su deseo para con nosotros.
Haz bien a tu siervo; que viva,
Y guarde tu palabra.
Abre mis ojos, y miraré
Las maravillas de tu ley.
Forastero soy yo en la tierra;
No encubras de mí tus mandamientos.
Quebrantada está mi alma de desear
Tus juicios en todo tiempo.
Reprendiste a los soberbios, los malditos,
Que se desvían de tus mandamientos.
Aparta de mí el oprobio y el menosprecio,
Porque tus testimonios he guardado.
Príncipes también se sentaron y hablaron contra mí;
Mas tu siervo meditaba en tus estatutos,
Pues tus testimonios son mis delicias
Y mis consejeros.
Salmo 119.17-24
Obedecer a Cristo siempre será el resultado del crecimiento espiritual, no podemos forzar algo que no somos, nuestra naturaleza no quiere obedecer al Señor, pero mediante el crecimiento de la vida de Cristo en nosotros si alcanzamos la obediencia y nos deleitamos en ello.
A menudo escuchamos "Debemos hacer la voluntad de Dios" aludiendo que Dios tiene un propósito y un plan para cada hijo, Se nos insta a andar en sus caminos y su voluntad, pero ¿Bajo que premisa? ¿lo que le parece a un líder o un pastor?, Si no estamos fundados en la palabra de Dios es imposible conocer lo que Dios desea de nosotros.
En cuanto a la palabra de Dios, como es complicado en algunos casos mantener el hábito de la lectura y la meditación, simplemente no leemos su palabra y básicamente nos guiamos por lo que nos parece, luego la utilizamos para justificar algunas decisiones erradas pero decisiones tomadas según nuestra voluntad.
Como no nos guiamos plenamente de la palabra de Dios o quienes se basan en ella como mentores, en algunas ocasiones simplemente pedimos la opinión de otros y tomamos como válida su respuesta, como verdadera, "Como la voluntad de Dios".
Por estas y muchas otras razones seguir la voluntad de Dios es simplemente conocer su palabra, pedir revelación de su Espíritu Santo y vivir por ella, Dios nos dá la sabiduría y coloca las personas, líderes, pastores, aquellos quienes tienen su fundamento en la palabra de Dios y nos guían por ella. Allí encontramos su voluntad.
