The promises of the word of God are for those who believe in it.
"I have already commanded you: Be strong and courageous!
Do not be afraid or discouraged!
For the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."
Joshua 1:9
God demands obedience, but above all things love for him and his word, this results in obedience to God. In that he does not know the Lord Jesus, whoever does not love him misses this great honor. We love him because he loved us first, he gave his life on the cross for us, he redeemed us from the guilt of sin forever!.
May this new year we hold on to the promises of God, NOT as an amulet or something similar, may the word of God become practical in our daily lives, let us apply the word, let us grow by it and our ways will be perfect.
TODAY God with an imperative voice, "Orders" us: Strive and be brave! Do not limit yourself to moving forward, do everything that is ahead of you. With fears? With doubts? DO IT! God promises to be by our side!
These types of promises are beautiful, we love them, we MUST do our part, we must read and incorporate the word of God and it will bear fruit. May this new year be the beginning of great conquests!.
