Daily tech talk: International AI Developments

In general, if we are investigating the technology sector in the IT, we found a different concentration of knowledge. In my view, the major concentration countries are the following:

USA
Canada (In AI field)
UK
Japan
Israel
China
Russia
The first three countries have extensive publications regarding the AI topic. For me it is a question if anyone knows about bigger developments in the last four countries. In the future, everyone agrees, the power of the information, and data analysis will gain more and more. I would be surprised, if the last four countries don't have any development in this field (like when a child in silence, it always means some surprise could happen), especially as we seen the increasing dominance of the Chinese Super Computers. They built more powerful machine their own, than the US planned in the next few years. The main surprise was in these machines, they used their own developments from the processor to the interconnect. If they have the same technology advance in AI then in the future, they can overtake many fieldsLast weekend I have seen the presentation of Mr. Joseph Reger, regarding this topic. He described clearly the different evolution level of the AI developments. Who reach first the next evolution level, that company / country will gain exponential technology advance.

With the next level of the AI, any company - human will gain next level of intelligence, With continuous learning, the machines will overtake tasks. The question is always that what Mr. Reger also emphasized, we have the responsibility to project a future, and an education plan for all who lose their current job. This will be a more complicated job than anyone estimate current. I think the most successful thing, which has the same behavior is the disruptive innovation, which has the same effect.

Let us think about the traditional SAN environment. All who previously administered, supported these technologies must learn the Converged infrastructure, which currently much more related to the Network Administrators. We need to educate ourself continously, and adopt new technologies. The HR departments responsible to give the possibility, and Employees responsible to live with the given opportunity.

The third level of AI will be another question. Currently I think no one knows, how will the world work. In this stage, the humanity will much more like a pet for the Machine. And this is, why I agree with both Elon Musk, and Stephen Hawkins. This is one of the best thing in evolution what happended with Humanity, and this can be the most worst thing, if something get out of control.

I think in organical evolution we will not able to keep pace with the intelligence level which machines will reach.
