Mithi puri
Put a little ghee in the dough in a bowl, knead the dough and cover it with wet cloth and in the side for 20 minutes

Now add milk to a vessel and heat it until half of the milk is done.
- Heat the cardamom powder, sugar and raisins in hot milk and then turn off the gas.
Now heat the oil on a low flame by adding refined in a pan.
Make small pulses of lentils by making small dough of kneaded dough.

- Now remove these puris from hot oil and take them out.
Now put these puris in boiled milk and leave it for a while. - After eating, you can serve it in sweet.
Note- You can also make bricks by wetting flour instead of pulses.
You must put these boards in boiled milk and cook on milk and slow flame.
