this time about the similarity of squid, cuttlefish, and octopus

What are the similarities of squid, cuttlefish, & octopus? The easiest answer is that all three are equally marine animals that have arms in the head. They also make them classified as Cephalopods (cephalopods)? What is Cephalopoda? Cephalopoda is the name for a class in the scientific scientific classification ladder which if its name is translated means "legged head". The name is given no other because the animals who are members of this class has a special feature of the arms in the head, exactly on the part around the mouth.

In addition to the matter of "foot in the head" (emang song Peterpan?), The members of Cephalopoda also have a number of other similarities. They are meat-eating animals (carnivores), have a coarse textured tongue (radula) and a hard beak on their mouth, have a pair of sharp eyes and are very sensitive to light, & have a very complex nervous system and digestive system. There are about 800 species of Cephalopoda that have been identified in which some of them are not animals that are foreign to humans because often caught by the fishermen & sold to be processed as a delicious meal.

Okay, that was the similarity of squid, octopus, & cuttlefish along with a brief explanation of Cephalopoda. Now the next question, what distinguishes the three animals so that each is regarded as a different kind of animal to each other? Sometimes because of the similarity of physical characteristics that have been mentioned earlier, there are still many people who are confused when having to distinguish between octopus, squid, & cuttlefish. But do not worry, because the article this time - according to the title - will discuss the difference between the three marine animals. Want to know the difference between the three? If so, let us fly directly to the next segment of this article.
