Another Caturday Snow Day at the Curator Cat Household!
So we had more snow!
The Hoomans seem to think it's a really big deal; I'm just glad I don't have to be out in it, trying to stay warm as a street cat. So much gratitude for that!
Looking out the window, trying to spot those BIRDS!
I suppose it is a pretty bog deal... we had nine more inches of snow overnight, which is a lot, in a place where the total annual snowfall is usually 4-5 inches. And there's more forecast for every day, for the next seven days.
This was what we looked out at, first thing this morning.
The table almost looks like a CAKE!
Meanwhile, It's CATURDAY!

Looking out at a frozen world
I even entertained the crazy idea that we could have out own "Cat Whiskers" token! Well... that's a long way off into the future.
For now, I just have a lot of gratitude for my nice warm house and a food dish that seems to always stay full. And Hoomans who love me... even though I can sometimes be a destructive little pill!
On top of which there is nearly always a good box nearby that I can sleep in...
Remember Gratitude!
So my Caturday message for today is to remember gratitude! Take a few moments to appreciate the things you do have in your lives, rather than focusing excessively on the things you lack.
I'm sure there are things we'd all like to have in our lives; things we feel would make our lives better... but most of us actually have a lot, already!
And on that light note, it is time for me to start doing my Caturday "rounds" to see what everyone else is up to!

Nice pics, @curatorcat! We were supposed to get that snow storm, but the nor'easter kept it from us and gave it to you guys! I was actually waiting for it, but figured we would be missed because of the wind storm. Maybe next time! I am very grateful for the fact that we haven't lost our power. It seems that we always lose it in the nor'easters, but so far this year, it's been minimal. Thanks for the Caturday message. Stay warm and cozy inside and enjoy your hoomans. :)
I'd say "be happy it passed you by!" It has been pretty cold and miserable around here, and since this part of the country is not too used to large amounts of snow, it takes forever for them to clear the roads...

I didn't go out in the snow, but I did have a little sniff around outside last night. I looked out earlier, but there was some scary wind!
By now we have so much that I would practically be in over my head! I much prefer my warm and cozy cat bed!
