A Windy and Wintry Caturday!
Hello Hoomans and Felines of Steemlandia!
Looks like Caturday around here is going to be spent in warm places inside, because the weather is pretty fierce outside. Driving rain, very high winds and... they are even talking about snow tomorrow!
Ugh! I'm glad I'm not an outdoor cat today...
The house is pretty quiet this weekend because the Mom-Hooman is away at a retreat in Oregon, so I plan to camp out in the Dad-Hooman's office.
I often help him with his work on the computer:

After all someone has to make sure these blogs get written and published on time! My favorite, though, is watching bird videos on YouTube!
It's a good space to be in... and my big climbing post is here, too.
I love my rope pole!
Hot tip: If you want to make your cat really happy, go to a carpet store and ask for one of the sturdy cardboard tubes rolls of wall-to-wall carpet are rolled onto; buy a spool of natural rope from your local hardware store and wrap it around the pole.
Voila! You have a perfect kitty climbing pole, for not very much money!

We're having similar weather here on the Atlantic coast of Canada. They are saying we're going to get ice pellets and freezing rain overnight that will turn to snow tomorrow.
I like your idea of wrapping rope around the empty carpet tube to make a climbing pole.
The photos are all nice as usual.
