Water Trough needs new seal.
There are always jobs to do on the Farm. This older style concrete water trough is constructed in two pieces that fit together in the middle and have a rubber seal to fill the gap and stop water leaking out. The rubber seal in there is too old and has to be replaced as water is dripping out of the middle joint. 
This reminds me a Mexican rubber joke :)
Q: What do you call a Mexican with a rubber toe?
