I flag this post, because, well, it is almost spam. Content consists only of a file name, screenshot is blank. Even the post title is a total crap and does not relate in any way to the content.
This video actually has no video stream, only audio stream (so that somewhat explains why the screnshot here is blank). Unfortunatelly, I cannot undestand this language, so I can't verify if the audio is new. I checked a few previous "audiocasts" of this kind here and these were of different length and started differently, so so far at least it sounds different.
@crystalliu: I watch your account every few days, since I noticed that you were posting links to one movie, because I don't like when people use steem as a kind of "warez" site. I also actually reported few of your other "IMGxxxx" posts as "spam/no-content", just like I'm doing now, because these posts DO LOOK LIKE SPAM. No title, no content, just link to a video. I think you are using DTube as a platform to post your audiostreams/audiocasts, that's totally fine, but please, include some reasonable title and/or a few words of content explaining what it is.
Seriously. Even something simple as "Audiocast 2019/07/24" will be enough. That way, reviewers who don't click on the video, or reviewers who don't understand your language, will get the idea. That will probably save you a lot of downvotes under your audiocasts.

Regarding the LINKED content, the https://snap1.d.tube/ipfs/QmQ3ADq9nLmiBc2XyahZov9TXZAXCQJSA5MHk3o8NwFwQ6 video, I decided to review it as well, and I have to admit, it doesn't seem pirated/spam/etc.
