Tarte ricotta et épinards

Salut à tous, une recette toute simple et rapide.

Ingrédients :

1 pot de ricotta
3oeufs
400gr épinards surgelés
1 échalotte
100 grammes de lardons
un rouleau de pâte brisée
sel, poivre, muscade

Recette :

Ciselez l'échalotte
La faire suer et ajouter les lardons
Ajouter les épinards et laisser cuire pour bien évaporer l'eau.

Pendant ce temps mélanger les oeufs et la ricotta
Assiasonner

Foncer la pâte et la piquer avec une fourchette

Une fois les épinards un peu refroidi les ajouter à la préparation (œufs, ricotta)

Garnir la tarte et cuire à four chaud 200° pendant 30 minutes
