CRYPTO20 (C20) tracks the top 20 cryptocurrency assets by market capitalization. This means that it does not have people in charge of diversifying the funds to different coins/tokens, it is all done autonomously thought a weighted average. As you can see below, the higher the market cap the higher the investment allocation, this helps to keep fees low.
