Some Old Photos Taken with the First Generation iPhone
Was doing some cleanup and I have found some old photos taken with my first iPhone, also the first one for Apple... that was more than 9 years ago already. Back then getting this level of image quality in low light conditions from a smartphone was considered superb, so I thought I might just as well share these two with you. Nowadays the new iPhones still have one of the best cameras found on a smartphone, though the competition is much fiercer than it was before.
The 1st generation iPhone by Apple was released on June 29, 2007 in US, more than 9 years ago. It featured a 2 MP camera with resolution of 1600x1200 pixels. Apple managed to sell 6.1 million units before retiring it and replacing it with their second model called iPhone 3G introduced the following year.
