Working Hard Versus Working Smart
In our society there are three types of people or four whichever you may look at it because it just includes people who chooses to not work and people who really cannot work. We can find people who works hard, these people sometimes have no other choice but to go and do their work which sometimes means that they do not enjoy it because of the efforts that they have to do in order to have the rewards that they want from it.
Some people work smart, these people sometimes are happy with what they do because it rewards them graciously. These types or workers had put some kind of thought and planning in what they do or will do in order to achieve the best rewards for their work so they achieve the best for their efforts.

I prefer to work smart instead of working hard
Working smart is the surest way to a lasting wealth creation. But you need to be creative and informative as well @cryptopie
I prefer the later to the former
That makes more sense
Working smart looks like being dubious to me. Working hard isn't necessary most atimes.
I prefer Diligence to the two.
