Tinnitus Returned To Normal Levels

I tried to sleep this afternoon and I managed to do that despite of having an intermittent sleep situation and I did got some dreams too as well which for me was a sign that my brain did got some pressure release because of that.

My tinnitus got some relief too compared to this afternoon where it went over the top flare-up which worried me. SO I called it a day and tried to sleep it off. My stomach had hurted again which also had bothered me prompting me to stop my online work.

What I had done for my hurting stomach is to try to vomit to churn my stomach and release its content. But my food already I think had been digested so no food got out from my effort to basically vomit.

Well it worked and I was able to relieve my hurting stomach. I am happy to really discover how to take-away the pain from stomach pains and it is really working for me.

I also had taken some appetite stimulant making me feeling weirdly groggy which maybe helped me to sleep. Then after my stomach hurted I took two tablets of sodium bicarbonate because I thought that it was just an stomach acid.

I didn't eat after my breakfast at 9:AM yesterday so now my system had some ample rest for another meal. I do like to intermittent fast but I have to take my Calcium tablets which I have to take twice a day with my meals and if I only eat once a day I will not get enough to support my bones.

It has been a rough day for me but I am happy that my Tinnitus had mellowed down a bit maybe due to some lack of sleep, stress, and because maybe of my overall health situation where comorbidities exist which I am painfully trying to manage with the mercy of God, love of friends and family, and my own efforts.
