The Heat Of The Day Dehydrates Me A Lot And That Is Fantastic For My Case

Yesterday after I was weighted prior for my dialysis I got surprised to see that I only had gained about a Kilo of fluids considering that I drank a lot of fluids and even ate watery foods like watermelon and apples.

That is why I do liked these hot weather conditions it is allowing me to enjoy my fluid intake without getting so over-filled with water in my body that leads to breathing problems. That is also why taking a bath now is not as hard as before where I just have to rest every few scrubs of my body.

I am just happy now as well that I was able to bring down my weight into a more comfortable level where it had made me to let-out extra water from my body. Now I am going for my dialysis not getting a hard time with my breathing anymore.

It has been so long a time that I suffered such overload of fluids because the nurses cannot adjust down my body weight near its normal level because of my blood pressure issues. So now that I had found a way to help make stabilize my blood pressure I was able to give myself a better well-being.

No more severe breathlessness now, no more gargling sounds with my breathing, my lungs are clear as I feel them now unlike before. It is then oxygenizing my body even more even though I could not feel that I had gotten stronger but nonetheless I am feeling much better especially with my breathing improvements.

The heat and humidity of the weather is just making me feel always thirsty and that is okay now that I can load water without the worry of getting filled-up so fast it just makes me happy even though the heat sometimes is also hurting my skin.

This situation will be over soon because of the change in season, the days go so fast and like flowers we too will change into we all came from, it is just great that we are able to experience how to live on earth even for a short while.
