Our Neighbor's Dog Is Barking Nonstop All Throughout The Day And It Stresses Us Out

I hope that my neighbor would give out its dog, it is barking nonstop but if they will not get rid of it I will try to report just to give me and my parents some peace. My mother usually sleeps at the back of our house because it has some fresher air unlike here inside the house where the heat is trapped in hot days.

The dog is a few meters away from me but it still gets into my brain that dog's constant barking. Of course there is no way I can do about it but my mother already told the owner to do something about it and just had put the dog tied a few meters away from its original place but still that dog never ceases to bark all throughout the day.

Now I will try to find ways to report the situation to an entity that is fit to do something about our situation because it is stressful listening to a constantly barking dog. And by the way the dog's food is only coming from neighbor's leftover food scraps taken by the dog's owner and given to the dog which means that it was mainly eating spoiled food that is just fit for pigs, that was my mother had told me.

I think that it was the same dog that was crying, like howling a few months ago. Now that it was leashed into the back of my neighbor's house that it started to constantly barking. So I will just try to do something to maybe at least get rid of that dog, rescuing it or something just to end our misery of hearing that dog's noise everyday.
