An Example Of How Dementia Affects A Person

I pray to God that none of my lovedones won't suffer from this terrible brain condition that is called "Dementia"where patients could not even remember their relationship to someone like their children or husband. They can never function normally again and just needs constant guidance because their brains no longer work normally.

But I can relate to this kind of condition after having a seizure for seven days and given a sedative to control my seizures. After waking up I had hallucinations and then I saw the newspaper that my father was reading, he gave it to me and I cannot even think on how I could turn the pages.

Dementia is a debilitating brain condition and there is no cure to it except to put the patients in a proper institution, hospice care, or most preferable to the comforts of their homes with their families.
