This afternoon I just decided to end my sauna suit "therapy" after many hours of using it from this morning until about 4:00 PM because I feel like I am overheating already and I could feel it on my breath, it became hot like I am having a fever so it is not good since my heart is already beating fast than normal. Well I could say that this product really works because you end up sweating very much which is what the product is intended to do.
