I Spend Any Amount For My Bone Health

I am happy that my package(s) is being delivered now and they are my Vitamin D at a 10,0000 IU dosage and The combination of Vitamin K2 and D3 in which the Vitamin K2 is at a dosage amount of 75 IU/mcg or something which is more than the daily value that a person should get per day.

Now my appetite is poor plus I do not get to eat the right balanced diet of food per day although I am trying, it is just impossible to eat considering that I have less capacity physically to eat plus again the urge to eat is way down poorest of the poor.

I am just surviving the intake of my Parathyroid medicine because of my very good hemoglobin levels. Had it not been for that and if I am anemic I will not be able to endure its nauseous side-effects. But I needed to take it because it had improved a bit my bone condition unlike before where my back hurts all the time as if a very big vice is pinching it. I still have back pain especially when I still for a long time but at least the lingering pain is no more.

Now these Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 I hope will mineralize my bones, it would make my bones absorb more calcium then my bones leaching out Calcium. My bones had been leaching out Calcium for many years now that is why my skeletal system just shrunked rather than develop like any normal person.

But my hope is to cure my body's pains and if that so happens I will be the happiest person alive because I know that I had the magic bullet for me to be able to enjoy my life more than ever. But again there is my Parathyroid medicine which is the source of my poor appetite. It is something that really bothers me a lot so I just hope that someday I will get freed from taking it.

If only I had gotten this bone problem then dialysis life would have been okay for me since you really do not lose your appetite being a dialysis patient unlike if you take a drug called Cinacalcet, my parathyroid medicine. Dialysis patients just lose their appetite if they get so anemic, I had that problem for many years until my hemoglobin levels got normal for some reason I do not know of.

Maybe my kidneys started to produce Erythropoeitin again a few years back so I am really ever so thankful about it as it solved many problems of mine including my anemia and sleeping problems. But now I am facing my bone problems and it sucks because of the side-effects that I have to manage financially, emotionally, and physically. May God help me.
