I Have To Diminish My Pain With Paracetamol

I regret to take some Paracetamol/Acetaminophen for my pain in my body because the NSAID that I took the other night had worn-off already. I do not want to take another one because I do not want to burn my digestive system because of it. Paracetamol is just okay to take prior for my dialysis because I will not be taking it in large doses and everyday for that matter which if I do then it will be bad for my liver.

I do believe that my liver is getting injured now with the combination of Hepatitis B and C plus the sure long-term effects of my Parathyroid medicine Cinacalcet. I am just worried about it and it is a brew indeed for making me more ill with my liver in particular. So I am just readying myself when that happens.

Paracetamol Is Safe To Take In Recommended Doses In A short Periods Of Time

So when finally my liver conks out I will not do anything to cure it or treat it, there will no funds to cure it anyway because of my Hepatitis which both are viruses and difficult to treat because it considers my current medical maladies regarding being a dialysis patient already with a late-stage bone complication. From that point I will painfully accept that I am defeated and will just pray to God to not make my remaining days to be harder.

It is really hard to think about that scenario but it might happen because I do not trust my Cinacalcet because of its inherent quality and potency to drive my appetite down to almost zero which is why I think that one or a few of my organs would fail also because of it particularly my liver. The liver and the kidneys are the first to receive a blow during such foreign invasion like bacteria, viruses, and chemicals like medicines which in particular makes another illness in your body for sure especially if taken long-term.

Medicines Will Also Make Another Illness In Our Body

I just have to take Paracetamol instead of another dose of NSAID just to lessen the risk of ulceration in my gut. NSAIDs are supposed to be taken for no longer than two weeks.. Some NSAID types are just potent enough to hurt our stomach even if taken one time so I will be just experimenting on using another type which is a patch that is called a Macroxam Patch which might help a bit but I do not know if it just works locally for a particular part of the body or to the generalized pain of the body.

It would be better for me to use patches like that which could possibly give me relief without worrying in getting serious side-effects in my gut. I have known some co-patients that died because of such ulcerations caused by NSAID use in a wrong way as they took them for pain which the drug itself cased and using them some more until the kidneys got affected and the ulceration to worsen causing death in the end.
