I Was Thinking Of Having A Hot Steam Bath

I have an idea that I wanted to do for a long time already and that is to have a steam bath just for me to perspire my extra fluids from my body out. It is hard for me to tell my nurses on how much water that they should take off and they wouldn't listen, always looking at the charts and not what I feel with my body.

I am now going home still heavy and plump so any additional fluid that I would take adds to my trashed feeling. The weather doesn't help because it is the rainy season and although the sun shows itself from time to time the heat which I wanted to make me perspire isn't enough.

I must tell my parents what I am planning so that they can set it up for me. It just needs a steam source like a pot with a hose so that it can deliver the steam unto the bathroom where I will sit for maybe three hours.

It sounded easy but the problem is that if my parents could agree on that plan of mine since it will use a cooking gas which is expensive. We do not use wood-fired stove so that will be a problem too. Plus I thought of sitting around for long also is hard for my back too since I am sure that I could never lay down inside our bathroom.

Right now my breathing is tight and in a couple of days from now I will be laboring in my breathing coupled with the cumulative effects of my parathyroid medication. These factors makes my life miserable and I blame the ineffectiveness of my nurses who said that am just a "Potato" for them, meaning ignored.

So I am really praying to God to save me from my constant demise and let me live with ease even with this kind of health issues that I am trying to manage. These will be a very tough in-between dialysis situation.
